Reservation & Cancelation Policy
A major credit card is required to reserve and hold a site. Your credit card will be charged for one night, at the time of reservation.
Reservations for a specific lot are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to move you to the closest available lot suitable to your needs.
Every attempt will be made not to move your lot; however, the lots at the park are for sale and if the lot you reserved or occupy is sold a move may be unavoidable. We will work with you in the re-location process, but retain the final decision.
No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the anticipated stay with no refund.
We require a minimum of a 10 day notice when canceling a reservation. If we do not receive a 10 day notice, no refund will be issued and you will lose your one night deposit on the site.
If an 11 to 29 day notice is received a voucher applying the amount charged to a future reservation will be issued. For the voucher to be valid, the reservation must be made within 180 days of the original reservation date. All cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation handling & processing fee.
If a 30 day notice is given in advance of your check in date, you will get a full refund by check.
Online Reservation Cancelation Policy:
Online reservations may only be canceled by calling our office.
Online reservations will follow the same policies as above.
Cabins Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Cabin reservations will be the same as above with the exception that we require a minimum 20 day notice of cancellation.
All specials or discount packages must be paid in full and no refund will be allowed.
Early Departure: Will receive a credit voucher minus 10% for all unused portions of your reservations. All credit vouchers are valid for up to 180 days from issue
